We, as a committee, hope this message finds you in good health and spirits. It is a little less than a month until our Annual Christmas Party sponsored by SCPAVRA. Your annual membership dues contributes to the cost for you as a member and one guest. In lieu of catering costs, we politely request you contribute one food item from one of the 4 categories for everyone to share:
Appetizer
Main Dish
Side DishVegetable
Dessert

Please post on this message board what food you are planning to bring to the party so there are not too many in one category. Also list how many are attending.

Many sponsors have been contacted and may be attending. This is a great way to get to know them. It is also a great time for fellowship, as we will do a few games and raffles to keep things social as well as official.

There will be a few official business items to take care of that night, but mostly eating, drinking and being merry.

I had a great time again this year. You all deserve a big thank you for putting this on at short notice. Big thanks to Kimba for being persistent and finally getting that Kawasaki Pop Up for the club, it will stand out for sure. Already having some "leftovers" today for the big playoffs. Thank you all again! Now it's time to get the Green Machine over to a certified mechanic and take care of some mechanical issue so we can ride many more miles again this coming year!
