Membership Application

Membership dues are $25/year, renewable every January.
Upon becoming a member, you will receive a club patch and receive regular invitations to attend rides and events.
Our focus is on riding, making new friends and having fun!

Membership requirements:

You or your spouse / significant other Must own a Kawasaki Vulcan

Must have a valid motorcycle license and insurance

Before applying, please be aware that Harrisburg is the hub of activity for our club. Our rides typically leave from Harrisburg and we meet every month at Rookies in Harrisburg.

The South Central Pennsylvania Vulcan Riders Association, herein after referred to as SCPAVRA, is a NON-PROFIT organization, operating with the sole purpose of promoting good, clean, and safe riding activities. Each member participates in activities solely by choice and participation itself relinquishes any responsibility of the SCPAVRA as an organization for any and all liabilities resulting from participation in any club related event or activity. All activities and events must comply with any and all state or local laws and ordinances. Any personal injury or property damage resulting during a club activity or at any time, becomes the responsibility of the individual parties involved, and at no time shall the SCPAVRA or its officers be held liable. SCPAVRA disclaims all liability for any content on any message board or other user-created content as well as any web page linked to from the SCPAVRA website. SCPAVRA reserves the right to monitor and remove any user-created material at any time at the administrator's sole discretion.
